Vegan Chocolate Cake

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Recipe :

– 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1 tsp instant coffee powder
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate ganache :

– 250 grams chopped chocolate
– 3/4 cup coconut cream

How to process:

– Mix all the chocolate cake ingredients in a large bowl.
– Pour into a round baking pan.
– Bake at 180 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes.
– Microwave the coconut cream for 2 minutes, pour into the chopped chocolate in a large bowl.
– Mix them together untill it becomes a smooth ganache.
– Place in room temperature untill thickened.
– Whip with electric mixer to make it lighter untill it becomes like mousse.
– Put the ganache on every layer of the cake and spread it around. Top with strawberries.
